Well I guess this post comes along with ” Time flies when you’re having fun ” because I’ve been meaning to post this for awhile. Ok, I’ve been meaning to post this for 3 years – HAH! I just finished up one of my last photography clients of the year last week so all of a sudden I feel like I have time to blog ( something I love love love to do! ) One of my new years goals is to blog more, write more, share more of my heart and our home on here. Although we don’t actually own this house anymore ( the people who bought it are letting us rent back while we build our new house ) We will always love it for all the memories these walls have shared and blessed us with these last 9 years. I’ve had fun decorating over the years so what better time than now to share it before we move.
Harlan’s room was actually the nursery for Levi and then Dion,  so in a lot of ways it seems extra special.

Harlan’s nursery looked very much like this, except with a crib, and of course I’ve added some details along the way to make it work for a big girl room. Having her be the first girl in the family after 2 boys all I knew I wanted was PINK! Her room always feels bright and cheerful and it is just so HER!

There are a lot of DIY’s here like the feather banner that I used to use for a mobile in her room, that now sits on her wall. You can find a similar one HERE and the tent that Steve made, but this one is pretty cute too.

And in case you wondered what her room looked like when she was a baby- Here it is! And look at how little she was !
